We take quality control really seriously here and want you to be happy with your order, if anything is wrong with your order or there’s something you’re simply not happy with please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address the issue within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail.
All of our fabrication projects are completed to ISO 9001 standard and the tolerances stated apply to any order with folding, welding or general fabrication. When it comes to laser and waterjet cutting, please have a look at our gallery to see the general cut quality you can expect. We also have a table below indicating the tolerances you can expect your laser or waterjet cut parts to be cut to based on thickness, anything outside of these tolerances we would be willing to refund.
We will never deliver your parts with burrs or rag from cutting still present and will always either de-burr, hand-file or grind any excess material away, if you don’t want us to do this, it’s important you mention it on the comments in your order.
We will refund anything that arrives with dents, gouges or scratches that go below surface level, but will not refund an order for light surface scratches that can be easily covered by surface finishing and painting, except for brushed and mirrored materials that should always have a perfect presentation face with poly coating left on for protection in transit.
Please note that to be eligible for a full refund you must return your part within 25 working days of receiving the order with a valid reason that does not conflict with any of the above tolerances or statements.
